Shine Awards
We are pleased you are interested in funding for projects that will support Energy & STEM Education, Affordability & Community Resiliency, Zero Carbon Workforce, and Economic Development for our local community. Applications will be accepted between June 1 and July 31 at 11:59 pm.
Eligible project types
Shine awards are available for a variety of projects that support our Zero Carbon Plan including, but not limited to:
- Energy & STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Affordability & Community Resiliency: energy-efficiency and energy conservation, clean energy solutions
- Zero Carbon Workforce Development
- Economic Development
- Collaborations and partnerships supporting our under served under resourced communities.

In our Technical Assistance Sessions, we will walk you through the application step by step, and answer any questions you may have. Below is the schedule:
- Tuesday, June 2 - 10 AM - 12 PM
- Wednesday, June 10 - 9 AM - 11 AM
- Wednesday, June 17 - 1 PM - 3 PM
- Tuesday, June 24- 10 AM - 12 PM
- Friday, July 10 - 10 AM - 12 PM (in person)
- Wednesday, July 23 2 PM - 4 PM
- Thursday, July 29 - 10 AM - 12 AM
